I use Facebook for promotion because I think Facebook is a very broad and very popular platform. I released our company and products. Since it is a newly created account, there are not many followers. But this does not affect our plan to promote the brand, we have formulated the following plan:

First of all, before using social media for sales, we need to conduct a drill within the company and make a detailed plan. I will find the brand story I want to tell and a product I want to promote on social media. Second, I will pay attention to what consumers post on social media. I will also follow trends and trends on social media, look for all clues, and know why people like or need my products. Then targeted to improve their content. Research (rather than speculation) is a key factor. To convert viewers on social media into buyers, I need to know my customers very well. Then, I will fight for every customer. If existing customers encounter some problems or difficulties, I will publish purposeful content for these difficulties and provide them with 3-5 ways to solve the problem. I think of myself as a bridge that allows my clients to succeed with my help. My main job is not to ignore their pain points, nor to sympathize with their pain points, but to focus on helping them find solutions. Finally, for those consumers who have purchased products from me, I want to keep track of them. Send them an electronic thank-you letter; provide them with coupons for them to use in the next purchase; or thank them directly on the social networking site. After doing this, they will be more willing to share my products with others. I can also invite them to share and recommend your products.

When selling on social media, the first thing I want to build is a “presence”, let others know that I am here, and then invite potential consumers to have a deeper understanding of me. It is not up to me to decide when they buy the product, it depends on their own meaning. In any case, I want to let them know that whether they are willing to buy your product or not, I am happy to help them. This is what I learned from this class, and I am very glad.
